JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communicate directly with clients;
- Gather, clarify, and communicate business requirements, technical requirements, quality requirements, product plans, and visions from clients and stakeholders to the development team;
- Support the development team in fully understanding client requirements;
- Create project plans and manage project schedules;
- Review, accept, or reject deliverables from the development team;
- Collect information, prepare reports, and communicate product, quality, planning, and technical updates with clients;
- Guide, consult, and support clients regarding product functionality, UI/UX, quality, planning, and technical matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
Japanese Language Skills
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above with strong communication skills;
- Candidates with working experience in Japan are highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of technology to effectively communicate with both clients and development teams;
- Experience in writing project documentation;
- Experience in software testing is an advantage.
Project Management Skills
- At least 3 years of experience working on projects as a BrSE or Project Manager;
- Strong skills in project planning, schedule management, and scope management;
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
