JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features;
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness;
- Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs;
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
- Follow and implement best practices for development, code quality, and application performance;
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep applications modern and competitive;
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement attractive user interfaces;
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs;
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in native iOS and/or Android application development in real-world projects;
- 1+ year of experience in cross-platform application development using Flutter in real-world projects;
- Strong knowledge of Flutter;
- Strong understanding of MVC, OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles;
- Experience working with authenticated RESTful Web Services;
- Understanding of software development processes and experience with:
- Agile Development
- Source code repositories such as Git
- Ticket management systems such as JIRA
- Testing frameworks & Mocking
- CI/CD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Basic English communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills;
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks and languages (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin);
- Familiarity with cloud services and backend technologies;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Certifications related to mobile development or Flutter are a plus.
