DEHA Vietnam officially established
The Official Founding of DEHA Vietnam DEHA Vietnam Joint Stock Company was officially established by four founding members: Mr. Han Van Thang, Mr. Pham Minh Hung, Mr. Hoang Phan Bao Trung, and Mr. Dang Ngoc Tuyen.

2016
Opening of DEHA Vietnam’s First Office
DEHA Vietnam officially opened its first office, a workspace of about thirty square meters located at B8-10/D21 in the Cau Giay New Urban Area of Hanoi, Vietnam.

2017
Opening the first international office and reaching 1 billion yen in annual revenue
DEHA Vietnam officially opened its first international office by establishing a branch in Japan. This marks a major milestone reflecting the leadership’s ambition to go global.
After more than a year of collective effort, DEHA Vietnam reached its target of 1 billion yen in annual revenue.

2018
Welcoming the first ‘Senman’ client
The “Senman” client generated 10 million yen in revenue. For DEHA, this is the first billion-yen-level customer we have acquired. It signifies growth not only in revenue scale but also in expertise and credibility, marking a milestone to be proud of!

2019
Expanding the Hanoi Office
As the team grew beyond the capacity of the current workspace, DEHA’s management decided to open an additional office on the 4th floor of the Intracom building.

2019
Establishing the Hue Branch
With investment from the Chairman of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee, DEHA officially opened a new branch in Hue City. This branch was created to support production for the Hanoi headquarters while also developing internal products and projects such as the attendance app, CRM system, and task management system.

2020
Staying united through the challenges of Covid
To cope with the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, DEHA Vietnam chose to reduce salaries across the team instead of laying off staff. This decision received full support from all employees, who continued to stand together throughout the last half of 2020 and all of 2021.

2022
Establishing DEHA Lab
DEHA Vietnam sponsored a new LAB room for students of the Faculty of Economic Information Systems & E-Commerce at the University of Commerce. Located in room G401, the lab is equipped with high-performance computers, a projector, and software for learning, research, and practice. This marks a step toward developing strong IT talent for the future.

2024
Establishing the Ho Chi Minh City branch
This move is considered a strategic step to expand the market for one of DEHA’s key focus areas: digital transformation for manufacturing factories.

2025
Completing the establishment procedures for the Singapore branch
This milestone marks DEHA’s entry into promising new markets, bringing our products and services together with our people onto the global stage.

In 2018, DEHA was recognized among the Top 10 Enterprises with Outstanding 4.0 Technology Capabilities, awarded by VINASA. Beyond focusing on business goals, DEHA has also been actively involved in digital transformation and the adoption of advanced technologies to meet the evolving needs of society.

Received the Sao Khue Award for “Weface” – The Smart Retail Optimization Solution. Weface is an AI-powered solution that analyzes human behavior through security camera imagery, helping retail stores better understand customer journeys. This innovation earned DEHA the prestigious Sao Khue Award in 2019 for its contribution to the retail technology sector.

Achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification. This international standard certifies organizations that maintain the highest levels of information security management in software development and data protection. Achieving ISO 27001:2013 demonstrates DEHA Vietnam’s commitment to quality, trust, and global collaboration opportunities.
04.2021
Received the Sao Khue Award for Offshore Development Services. This recognition honors DEHA’s excellence in providing high-quality software development, technology solutions, and IT products to international clients. The award reaffirmed DEHA’s growing reputation as a trusted global offshore development partner.
09.2021
Annual Revenue Reached 50 Billion VND. After more than 5 years of steady growth, DEHA Vietnam quintupled its annual revenue, reaching the strategic goal of 50 billion VND per year. This remarkable achievement reflected the collective determination and unity of the DEHA team in overcoming the challenges of the COVID-19 period.

Achieving CMMI 2.0 Level 3 certification after only six months of implementation is a remarkable accomplishment for DEHA. CMMI is an international quality management model that evaluates process maturity and professionalism in software development and production.

As DEHA’s very first employee, what I remember most were those early days when we had to “borrow” office space to work. Then new teammates joined, including San, Trung, and Tan, along with familiar faces who returned such as Tuan (also known as Tuan Bean), Duc (also known as Duc Chim), and Manh Anh (also known as M.A).
Before we knew it, within just one year, there were more than 60 of us. Looking back, I am still proud to have been part of that incredibly fast growth journey.

My most memorable moment was during a project rush at the end of 2024. Even under heavy pressure and difficult technical challenges, our team stayed united, supported each other, shared knowledge, and kept our spirits high. At midnight, we would go searching for instant noodles in the kitchen, sometimes even finding ones that had expired. Those long nights taught me the true meaning of teamwork and friendship. When the project finally succeeded, the joy of celebrating together was truly unforgettable.

My very first day at DEHA happened to be on the company’s ninth birthday.
After finishing my shift, I joined the big celebration dinner with everyone, and it felt like such a warm welcome.
