GENERAL INFORMATION
DEHA Digital Solutions is a specialized digital transformation division focused on manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam, with core solutions including ERP, MES, WMS, and AI Factory.
We develop modern management and operational systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, management dashboards, and AI Factory solutions. DEHA accompanies businesses throughout the entire transformation journey — from on-site assessments, consulting, and system design to implementation and operational optimization — helping factories improve productivity, monitor real-time data, and reduce dependence on manual processes.
Key solutions include: ERP, MES, WMS, AI Factory, IoT Integration, and Smart Dashboard.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communicate directly with clients;
- Create project documents, analyze business requirements, evaluate requirement feasibility, and propose suitable solutions;
- Collect, report, provide, share, and clarify information related to products, quality, planning, and technical matters with clients;
- Guide, consult, and support clients regarding product functionality, UI/UX, quality, planning, and technical aspects of projects;
- Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Knowledge & Experience
- Trained in Business Analysis (at minimum through internal training);
- Proficient in Figma;
- Basic technical understanding to communicate effectively with clients and development teams;
- Experience in writing project documentation;
- Experience or knowledge related to manufacturing/factory operations is a plus;
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage;
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
