Mr. Hoang Phan Bao Trung (Deputy General Director of DEHA Vietnam) and Mr. Do Dinh Cuong (Vice Rector of ICTU) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) last week, focusing on four key objectives:

• Creating opportunities for lecturers and students to gain deeper exposure to corporate culture, real-world working processes, emerging technologies, and labor market demands;
• Expanding career opportunities for students after graduation;
• Supporting student recruitment and enrollment activities;
• Providing high-quality human resources for enterprises while promoting recruitment information, products, and corporate activities.

Under this partnership, DEHA Vietnam and Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) will jointly organize and participate in short-term training programs for students, while also collaborating on activities that promote AI education, learning, and research within the university.

This cooperation agreement not only helps DEHA Vietnam secure a high-quality IT talent pipeline, but also represents a long-term commitment to working alongside ICTU in developing future generations of highly skilled technology professionals, contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s technology industry.
