As part of the company’s strategic direction toward “technology transformation,” DEHA participated in the Tokyo Spring Show, held within the framework of Japan DX Week 2025 from April 23–25, 2025. This is one of Japan’s leading technology events focusing on Digital Transformation (DX) and advanced technology solutions.
The exhibition is recognized as the largest DX exhibition in Japan, featuring nearly 1,000 companies and attracting more than 50,000 visitors from Japan and around the world.
At this exhibition, DEHA introduced its DQC (DEHA Quality Control) solution. DQC is a quality control solution that utilizes cameras and Machine Vision image-processing algorithms to automate product quality inspection in manufacturing factories.
DQC helps manufacturers:
- Automatically detect defects with high accuracy,
- Perform automated dimensional measurements,
- Verify shape accuracy,
- Compare products against predefined standards.
The exhibition also featured Mr. Maezawa Mitsuzu, a specialist in DQC and image-processing technologies. He has more than 35 years of experience in factory quality control (QC). Notably, Mr. Maezawa received the Excellence Award at the 2005 Applied Image Processing Inspection Algorithm Competition organized by the Precision Machinery Industry Association.
His participation at the exhibition helped visitors gain deeper insights into the DQC technology that DEHA demonstrated live at its booth.
In addition, DEHA introduced other services such as Migration, System Modernization, and System Development to comprehensively support enterprise digital transformation needs.
DEHA sincerely looks forward to welcoming and connecting with businesses in Japan during this exhibition.
